7-Day Ketogenic Diet Meal Plan

FOURTH DAY:

  • Breakfast:

    Omelet and avocado, peppers, onions, salsa, and spices

  • Lunch:

    A handful of nuts and celery with guacamole and salsa

  • Dinner:

    Stuffed chicken with cheese and veggies

FIFTH DAY:

  • Breakfast:

    Omelet with cheese and tomatoes

  • Lunch:

    Leftovers from the dinner on the fourth day

  • Dinner:

    Steak, eggs, mushrooms, and salad

SIXTH DAY:

  • Breakfast:

    Omelet with ham and veggies

  • Lunch:

    Ham, cheese, and a handful of nuts

  • Dinner:

    White fish, eggs, spinach cooked with coconut oil

SEVENTH DAY:

  • Breakfast:

    Eggs with bacon and mushrooms

  • Lunch:

    Hamburger with salsa cheese and guacamole

  • Dinner:

    Beef steak, eggs, and salad

Ketogenic Snacks:

If you feel hungry in between meals, you can freely snack on the foods from this list:

  • Cheese and olives
  • Boiled eggs
  • Dark chocolate with  90% cocoa
  • Celery with salsa and guacamole
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Yogurt with cocoa and pecan butter

All in all, despite what you may have thought about ketogenic diets, they’re not as strict as they appear and you can definitely enjoy tasty meals and foods without fearing that you will starve. The only thing which remains is to try out the diet and see how it goes. Good luck!
